Villa En Montaņa - Meaning Villa In Mountain
Villa En Montaña is situated on the edge of a new residential estate and overlooks the spectacular mountain scenery.
The Villa has a private pool, sleeps up to 6 people and caters for all your needs.
The villa is situated high amongst the Sierra de las Estancias mountains. It is made up of a harmonic group of white washed houses lying next to the Rambla de Arquillos. Opposite the rambla is the small traditional Spanish village of Partaloa where you will find some English bars/restaurants, Spanish tapas bars, bread shop and pharmacy. They also have a market once a week where you can purchase local fruit & veg.
With it's tapas bars, restaurant and few shops, Partaloa offers a real taste of authentic Spanish life and is approximately a 10 minute drive from the local town of Albox and all its necessary amenities
The Lounge
The lounge has air-conditioning units which provides both cold & hot air and caters for all your needs such as:

· D.V.D Player
· X-box 360
· Stereo System
· Ipod Docking Station (Ipod not included)
There are also patio doors that will take you out to the patio area to the side of the house leading up to the pool.
The Dinning Area
The dinning area is at the side of the lounge with 3 bay windows overlooking the side of the garden area The ceiling within the dining area has an amazing ceiling height of approx 2.5 meters.

Kitchen
The kitchen caters for all your needs, the following is an example of what kitchen applicances are available to use at no extra cost:

· Dishwasher
· Fridge freezer
· Microwave
· Oven
· Hob
There is a wide range of kitchen utensils availble to use throughout your stay. A full list of what's provided can be requested.
Master Bedroom
Feel comfortable with a double bed and with your own en-suite bathroom which includes both a bath and shower.
Clean fresh white towels will be provided for you to use upon arrival.
The bedrooom has a 20" flat screen tv where you are able to watch satillite t.v.
A hairdryer is also provided for you to use during your stay.
Within the built in wardrobes, there is also a safe where you can keep all your valuables.
To the side of the bedroom are patio doors which over looks the private swimming pool where you can also enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains.
Bedroom 2
This room has 2 single beds.
A hairdryer is also provided for you to use during your stay.
It also has built in wardrobes. Within the wardrobe, there is shelving which provides spare towels and bedding should you required them.
To the side of the bedroom there are patio doors which open out onto the patio area and overlooks the beautiful views of the mountains and garden area.
Bedroom 3
This room has 2 single beds.
A hairdryer is also provided for you to use during your stay.
It also has built in wardrobes.
To the side of the bedroom is a window which over looks the side of the villa's garden area.
Family Bathroom
This caters for all your needs with both a shower and bath.
Clean fresh white towels will be provided for you to use upon arrival.

Baby / Toddler Equipment
We have a range of baby / toddler equipment available to hire, they are as follows:
o Travel cot with bedding - Suitable from birth to when child can stand
(£5.00 per 7 day week or £1.00 per day/night)
o Steriliser (Bottles etc. are NOT provided)
(£3.00 per 7 day week or £0.50 per day/night)
o Potty, training toilet seat & toilet step
(£3.00 per 7 day week or £0.50 per day/night)
Should you require all of the above, we can offer them to you for a total of £15.00 per 7 day week.
