Villa En Montaña is situated on the edge of a new residential estate and overlooks the spectacular mountain scenery. The Villa has a private pool, sleeps up to 6 people and caters for all your needs. The villa is situated high amongst the Sierra de las Estancias mountains. It is made up of a harmonic group of white washed houses lying next to the Rambla de Arquillos. Opposite the rambla is the small traditional Spanish village of Partaloa where you will find some English bars/restaurants, Spanish tapas bars, bread shop and pharmacy. They also have a market once a week where you can purchase local fruit & veg. With it's tapas bars, restaurant and few shops, Partaloa offers a real taste of authentic Spanish life and is approximately a 10 minute drive from the local town of Albox and all its necessary amenities |
| The Swimming Pool |

The villa comes with an 8 x 4 metre private swimming pool where you can relax by the poolside and take in scenery. Sun loungers, along with table and chairs are supplied where you can relax and enjoy your meals, a glass of wine and take in the views. IMPORTANT NOTICE – Glass wear is not permitted by the poolside. Plastic table wear, cups etc are provided for safety. |

The lounge has air-conditioning units which provides both cold & hot air and caters for all your needs such as: · T.V · Satellite T.V · D.V.D Player · X-box 360 · Stereo System · Ipod Docking Station (Ipod not included) There are also patio doors that will take you out to the patio area to the side of the house leading up to the pool. |

The dinning area is at the side of the lounge with 3 bay windows overlooking the side of the garden area The ceiling within the dining area has an amazing ceiling height of approx 2.5 meters. |

Feel comfortable with a double bed and with your own en-suite bathroom which includes both a bath and shower. Clean fresh white towels will be provided for you to use upon arrival. The bedrooom has a 20" flat screen tv where you are able to watch satillite t.v. A hairdryer is also provided for you to use during your stay. Within the built in wardrobes, there is also a safe where you can keep all your valuables. To the side of the bedroom are patio doors which over looks the private swimming pool where you can also enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains. |

This room has 2 single beds. A hairdryer is also provided for you to use during your stay. It also has built in wardrobes. Within the wardrobe, there is shelving which provides spare towels and bedding should you required them. To the side of the bedroom there are patio doors which open out onto the patio area and overlooks the beautiful views of the mountains and garden area. |

This room has 2 single beds. A hairdryer is also provided for you to use during your stay. It also has built in wardrobes. To the side of the bedroom is a window which over looks the side of the villa's garden area.
